Aprio’s expansive team of writers, marketers, editors, economists, designers, and subject matter experts have produced thousands of articles, reports, videos, infographics, etc. which can be found at Aprio.com. Aprio’s content is timely, covering a broad range of topics and industries relevant to businesses today.
In partnership with Aprio Alliance, Marketing by Numbers developed software that enables firms to publish content to their website and brand it to their firm, all while adhering to Aprio guidelines. This automated system is called the Aprio Content Center. In addition to web posts, Aprio Alliance members can leverage Aprio and third-party content in emails and on social media.
Currently, over 67 Aprio Alliance members utilize the Aprio Content Center and because of its success, Aprio has purchased access to the content center for all clients.
Whether you’re creating a thought leadership gallery from scratch or adding to your existing content, the Aprio Content Center will add timeliness, variety and depth to your content marketing strategy.
How it works
Publish content to your website.
Before publishing anything to your website, we have to decide where the content will go. Your firm’s website may have a well-developed thought leadership gallery or may not have any thought leadership at all.
For some firms, we build a new thought leadership gallery and for others, we publish content to their existing gallery or blog.
All content is branded to your firm.
When Aprio content is published to your site, it is branded to your firm’s website design while adhering to the Aprio content repurposing guidelines. This provides a consistent experience for any website visitor and further builds your brand.
Whether it’s an article posted on your site or a coversheet added to a PDF, all publishing and branding follows Aprio content repurposing guidelines and contains required attribution and disclosures. One less thing for you to worry about.
Use the Aprio Content Center to search, view and publish content to your website.
With the Aprio Content Center, you’re able to search and find content perfect for your firm. With thousands of articles, videos, whitepapers and reports, you have access to a wide variety of valuable content.
Selecting a piece of content to publish on your website takes two clicks. That’s it! After content is selected, it is published within a few seconds.
Get notified of new content.
You won’t ever have to search for new content because auto-alerts are part of the system. Each morning, you’ll receive an email with all content published in the past 24 hours. You can click to view an article or click to publish it on your site.
This daily email can also go to all department heads and service leads within your firm. Several members have found it to be very effective when multiple people within the firm join the effort to identify content that is relevant to their firm, their services and their clients.
Enable advisors to find and share content with the Aprio Advisors Hub.
With the Aprio Advisors Hub, each advisor in your firm can find, suggest, and share content to help educate, showcase expertise, and build stronger relationships.
The Aprio Advisors Hub also has a social media tab, which makes posting to any of your social media channels a breeze.
How to get started
Don’t worry; implementation takes minimal time and effort from you and your firm, but there’s some setup we need to do.
We implement Aprio Alliance members on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the sooner you’re implemented, the sooner you can begin leveraging content.

The Marketing by Numbers service
While the Aprio Content Center provides you with the ability to publish content to your website, Marketing by Numbers offers additional content options that are customizable and attributable to your firm. As well as custom-designed email templates and marketing tools to simplify communications. All these work together to provide a streamlined marketing process for your firm.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the implementation process take?
The first step is to have a kickoff call, which takes about 30-60 minutes. In this meeting, we run through integration, navigation and design options; and determine whom we should work with on the technical side. Once we begin the implementation, it takes about a week to get up and running.
Who should attend the kickoff meeting?
It is really up to you. We work with lots of different people: partners, firm administrators, marketers, admins, etc. It is usually someone who has some marketing responsibilities or oversight. There is no limit to the number of people that can attend the kick-off meeting.
What resources do I need for the implementation process and to manage the Aprio Content Center?
Every firm is a little different. We work hard to make the implementation and management process as easy as possible. If you have limited resources in place, no problem, we can guide you through the implementation process and we can assist in posting your selected articles. If you have a marketer or team of marketers, we will show you how it works and let you run with it.
Can I review content before it is posted to my site?
Yes. There is a link to the original article that you can review in full before posting. If you are using WordPress and have a direct integration, we can post articles in draft mode so you can have the final review before going live.
What if I want to remove content?
No problem. You can remove articles anytime you want.
Can I edit the Aprio Articles?
No, Aprio has guidelines on the use of content and does not allow you to edit articles. However, if at the bottom of the article it says “Contact Aprio for help” we can remove this and direct the reader to contact you.
Can I use my own images with the Aprio Content?
You cannot use your own images but Aprio has provided and approved hundreds of images for you to use in place of the default image.
Can Marketing by Numbers help post articles?
Sure thing. Sometimes the firms we work with have limited resources. If this is the case for you, no problem, just let us know which article you would like posted and we’ll take care of it.
